  3. Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address

  4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

  6. Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature

2.2 Where to Send DMCA Notices

Designated Copyright Agent:

Email: dmca@hextyx.com (preferred — fastest response)

Postal: FAVZ Group Attn: DMCA Agent [Address] [City, State/Province, Country, Postal Code]

We strongly recommend email. Postal notices take significantly longer to process.

2.3 Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, AIZA will: 1. Acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days 2. Review the claim and, if valid, remove or disable access to the infringing material 3. Notify the user who submitted the allegedly infringing content 4. Provide the user the opportunity to submit a counter-notice

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error — for example, because the DMCA notice was incorrect or your use was permitted — you may submit a counter-notice.

3.1 Requirements for a Valid Counter-Notice

Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the USA, any judicial district in which AIZA may be found)
  5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

3.2 Effect of Counter-Notice

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will: 1. Forward the counter-notice to the original complainant 2. Restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us they have filed a court action to restrain the activity

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), AIZA maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of others' copyright. AIZA will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers at our discretion.

5. Misuse of DMCA Notices

Warning: Submitting a DMCA notice with a false or misleading good faith belief statement is perjury under US federal law and may result in significant legal liability including damages, attorney fees, and criminal prosecution.

AIZA reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against parties who abuse the DMCA notice process.
